Organized as a "service," the restaurant is open exclusively to hotel guests staying for an overnight stay and for seminars.
A limited menu will be offered each week, featuring 2 appetizers, 2 main courses, and 2 desserts.
The timetable
We are open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 8: 00 p.m. Since this is just a "service," hours may vary depending on how busy we are.

Indulge in our pastries, our cake served with homemade fruit salad, our fruit and/or multigrain breads, our selection of dairy products (yogurts and cheeses), our cold cuts, and don’t forget the scrambled eggs, sausages, and grilled bacon.

Breakfast is served Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
